The Golden State Valkyries will face the Atlanta Dream at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday, October 29, for Game 6 of the WNBA Finals. A victory gives Golden State the franchise's first championship.

The tip-off is set for 12:30 p.m. ET, 11:30 a.m. CT, and 9:30 a.m. PT. The early start results from the NBA's Atlanta Hawks holding a regular season game later that night at State Farm Arena. The Hawks' schedule could not be moved, so the WNBA moved the basketball game earlier.

Games 3 and 4 of the finals also took place at State Farm Arena. The venue holds approximately 14,000 more fans than the Dream's home court, Gateway Center Arena in College Park.

Golden State enters the game with a 3-2 series lead. The Valkyries won the last two contests to overcome an initial deficit. In those two games, the Valkyries forced the Dream into 32 total turnovers.

Kiah Stokes and her teammates limited Dream star Angel Reese to 15 total points across Games 4 and 5. Both teams have posted strong defensive numbers in the series.

The Dream are shooting 36% from the field and 24.8% from three-point range in the finals. Golden State is shooting 35.2% from the field and 26.5% from three-point range.

Game 6 will air on USA Network, E!, SYFY, and Peacock. Viewers can also stream the game on USANetwork.com and the USA Network app. If the Dream win, Game 7 is scheduled for Saturday, October 31, at 8 p.m. ET at the Golden State venue.
